LITERATURE REVIEW : HUBUNGAN LAMA PEMAKAIAN KB SUNTIK DMPA DENGAN KEMBALINYA KESUBURAN PADA POST KB SUNTIK DMPA

Abstrak

Kontrasepsi adalah alat yang di gunakan untuk mengatur kehamilan dan kelahiran. Penggunaan dan pemilihan kontrasepsi di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan reproduksi setiap wanita dan status kesehatanya. Pada periode menjarangkan kehamilan seorang wanita cenderung memilih kontrasepsi yang efektif dan reversibel seperti suntik,pil,IUD,dan implan.Penggunaan Suntik DMPA suntik DMPA (Depo Medroxil Progestin Asetat) memiliki prosentase yang sangat tinggi. Di Indonesia akseptor KB Suntik DMPA memiliki prosentase terbesar yaitu 49,93% untuk akseptor baru dan 47,78% untuk akseptor lama.Permakaian  KB suntik suntik selain aman dan praktis juga memiliki keterbatasan yaitu pemulihan kesuburan yang lama.Metode penelitian ini adalah melakuakan reviuw pada beberapa literatur mengenai lama pemakaian KB suntik DMPA dengan kembalinya kesuburan pada post KB suntik DMPA. Tujuan penelitian adalah  dapat memberikan informasi gambaran  dan pemilihan keputusan kepada klien  tentang lama pemakaian KB suntik DMPA dengan kembalinya kesuburan pada post KB suntik DMPA.

            Contraception is a tool used to regulate pregnancy and birth. The use and selection of contraception is adjusted to each woman's reproductive needs and health status. In the period of spacing out pregnancies, a woman tends to choose effective and reversible contraception such as injections, pills, IUDs and implants. DMPA injections (Depo Medroxil Progestin Acetate) have a very high percentage. In Indonesia, DMPA injectable contraceptive acceptors have the largest percentage, namely 49.93% for new acceptors and 47.78% for old acceptors. Apart from being safe and practical, the use of injectable contraceptives also has limitations, namely the long recovery of fertility. The method of this research is to carry out a review on There is some literature regarding the duration of DMPA injection contraceptive use with the return of fertility after DMPA injection contraception. The aim of the research is to provide clients with descriptive information and decision making regarding the duration of DMPA injection contraceptive use with the return of fertility after DMPA injection contraception.
